Mixing Process

During the mixing of materials, the rotational speed of the high-speed rotor and the rotating pan can be preset according to process requirements, or the speed of the mixer can be adjusted during operation.

The combined action of the high-speed rotor, mixing pan and the multi-functional scraper ensures that the materials achieve optimal mixing uniformity in the shortest possible time.

Mixing Process

High-precision mixing

Materials are conveyed obliquely upwards through a rotating mixing pan to achieve high-precision mixing.

Co-rotating

The rotating mixing pan and high-speed rotor typically rotate in opposite directions to ensure the most intense mixing motion of the materials within the mixer.

Strong Support

The multi-functional scraper prevents materials from sticking to the bottom or sides of the mixing pan and disrupting the material flow during the mixing process, providing strong support for efficient mixing.
